When the various flowers began to come into bloom, this mother and child went out for a picnic in a nearby field. The spring breeze was strong enough to blow their hats off, but even if their hair got messed up, the rays of the sun were wonderfully warm against their skin.
In former times they’d been able to pick plenty of clover (four leaf, five leaf, six leaf…!?), but this time they couldn’t find even a single one. But without complaining, they stretched out on top of the clover for a nap.
Soon the rice planting will begin, and all of these flowers will be considered weeds and removed, so this kind of scene is something you can only see right now.
