Dolpa Auction Models - How To Bid:

Fill out your bid amount and other necessary information on one of the blank bidding forms available in the SD Fashion Design Competition / SD Auction room, and then insert it into the special bidding box.
* At approximately 1pm and 2pm we will announce the interim high bid amount.
* Each person is welcome to bid any number of times.

Purchasing Procedures:

* At the time of the final deadline, the customers who have presented the highest bid amount for each Model will earn the right to purchase that Auction Model.
* After announcing acceptance of the bids, we will carry out the purchase procedures to register them as the new owners.
* We aim to present the Super Dollfie Auction Models to their owners on the day of Dolpa 20 at approximately 4:30pm.

Schedule:

Dolpa Auction Models - Display Time: 10:00am to 4:00pm

Dolpa Auction Models - Bid Acceptance Time: 10:00am to 2:55pm

Dolpa Auction Models - Owner Determination Time: 2:55pm, at the Event Stage
Afterwards please follow through with the sales contract and payment procedures.

Dolpa Auction Models - Delivery Time: 4:30pm
- you will be informed when preparations are complete.

Notes about Applying to Purchase a Dolpa Auction Model:

1. The blank bidding form is a special form for bidding only. It is different to the blank forms found within the Guidebook.
2. Please understand that it is possible the bidding acceptance time period and owner determination time may change depending on the progress of the event on the actual day.
3. Credit cards can also be used to make payment.

Regulations
of
competition

* This competition involves concept design to actual costume creation.

* Winning applicants will be required to make the costumes from concept drawings within one month after the initial consideration.

* This competition will be in two parts. The first round of consideration will be decided by concept drawings. After that, one month will be given as production period, and all entries for costume designs will be displayed and voted upon for prizes by the judges and the attendees of the HT Dolls Party Osaka 5 which will be held on August 3, 2008 (Sunday).

* All Super Dollfies and accessories are to be prepared and are the responsibility of the applicant.

* Designs will be open for all Super Dollfie sizes.
